Room cleanliness needs urgent attention!!! Filthy windows and ignored maintenance feel very unwelcoming. Not to mention the horrendous noise levels that ruin any chance of a restful night!!! The inconsistent bathroom facilities could also greatly benefit from an update!!!

Comfortable room, but the TV didn't work during my stay.

Had a fantastic getaway with my friends! We explored the beautiful Wye Valley and played a round at the nearby golf courses. The rooms were cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and made our stay feel special.

One downside was that the restaurant only offered bar meals instead of a full menu, which was a bit disappointing.

excellent for weekend walks near historical attractions and parks

I had a fantastic weekend exploring Newport, as my stay put me just a few steps from the iconic Caerleon Amphitheatre and the beautiful Monks' Ditch, making it so easy to walk to these landmarks and enjoy the park views while strolling around. the staff were incredibly friendly and offered helpful tips for my adventures throughout the city.

I stayed for two nights and found the hotel very neat, with friendly staff making my experience great. the restaurant service faced delays at times. a pleasant spot near the ICC, perfect for my visit!

We had a relaxing family trip! The staff efficiently arranged two connecting rooms last minute, which made our stay seamless. Enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options. The kids loved the pool, and the mini gym was a nice bonus for quick workouts.

Excellent Location Near ICC

We had a pleasant stay, with the hotel being just a five-minute walk from the ICC, making it super convenient for our event. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our experience enjoyable. Room service was prompt, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the warm weather. the hotel does show signs of wear and could benefit from some refurbishment.
